1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern all purchases of digital goods made via the WAU Chapters website operated by 25MARIE / KIMFOKO Amos (the "Seller"). By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Parties

The Seller is 25MARIE / KIMFOKO Amos, SIREN 911149888, 3 Allée Jean Cocteau, 37100 Tours, France. The digital works offered for sale are copyrighted by the author pen name Thierry_Scott, real name VOETEN DE JONG MARIA LOUISA LUDOVICA. The Seller acts as a reseller and does not own the intellectual property in the books.

3. Products

The Site offers premium digital chapters and related content for the following fictional novels: My Genesis System, Immortal Ascension System, The Genius Mage Was Reincarnated Into a Swordsman Family, and Nephilim: Rise & Fall. Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files (e.g. ePub and PDF).

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and vary between €50 and €80 depending on the product. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and applicable rules for digital services in the EU. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order process

To place an order you select the desired digital product, proceed to checkout, provide the required information, and confirm payment via the chosen payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

6. Payment and secure checkout

Payments are processed by third‑party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). Card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider over encrypted connections and are not stored on the Site's servers. Your purchase is confirmed once the payment provider notifies us of a successful transaction.

7. Delivery of digital goods

After successful payment you will receive access to the purchased digital content via download links sent by email and/or via your customer account. Links may be time‑limited or limited in number of downloads to prevent abuse.

8. License and usage rights

Purchases grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to download and use the digital files for your personal, private use only. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, resale, or sharing of the files with third parties is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the copyright holder.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content supplied on a non‑tangible medium may be lost once the digital download has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment. By clicking "Buy now" and accessing the download, you agree that digital delivery will start immediately and you waive your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase.

Notwithstanding the above, the Seller may provide refunds in cases where the files are defective or inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. To request support or a refund, contact amos.kimfoko@rennes-sb.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

10. Customer account

If the Site allows you to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under your account. The Seller may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase made on the Site is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant product. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or business interruption.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence. You also have the right to bring a claim before the competent French courts or the courts of your place of residence where required by law.
